We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him...

The split bathroom felt very luxurious, and the free on-site laundry was extremely convenient. The staff stored our luggage in the morning and even let us check in early at 1 PM. I highly recommend staying here. Itโs also close to the station and several convenience stores.โ
โSuper fun place, very traditional. We had some trouble finding it as the provided address wasn't exact. The manager spoke some English and was very helpful. We had to postpone our hike to mount Fuji because of a storm, but the manager offered to drive us to a view point after the weather cleared up. He also offered to book us a shuttle to our next destination. The included half-board was great! Awesome place in a small little town.โ

Also on the checked out day, i was surprised a lot when came back to the room at 9.20am after breakfast that my room was open widely. At that time my belongings and valuable things were spread in the room. I felt terrible with this hotel security and service a lot. And i will not come back here again. "
