Staff was nice but it took 2 hours to check in. Finally getting to our room at 130am. Then the cash deposit thing is ridiculous cause they literally do a walk through before you leave. The whole process was something I've never experienced. Horrible experience all the way around.

The general state of cleanliness was poor. At a glance it was okay, then you notice. Any corner was dirty, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, knives and silver had food residue, the microwave was full of crumbs. The rooms were smaller than the photos depict, no surprise there.
