โThe property is in great condition. It's clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the area felt safe. Bryan, the host, was quick to respond to the one minor issue we had. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I felt like we got a good deal considering how much space we were given a bedroom plus a private living area where we were able to sit and visit. We also enjoyed time on the front porch, listening to nature and watching the locals walk by. โ
โProperty was amazing. I was comfortable from the second I entered the door. The bed was comfy, the den felt like I was at home. The wireless audio system made hosting guests easy. I have zero complaints about this properties.โ
โit was the best place to stay in austin. clean, comfortable, cozy, safe. and fun neighborhood. nicest staff. wanted to stay longer. if i ever visit austin again, i donโt think i will be looking into any other hotels. โ
โSince it is made of wood made by furniture, I was very surprised that a spoon-sized cockroach entered between the floor and the gap between the furniture. I'm from Korea, but there's no big cockroach in Korea. It was at least 3 times bigger! It's noisy around, but it's rather attractive because its wonderful bars and atmosphere to enjoy of Austin. The room is big and comfortable. The bedding is clean and the cushion is good.

Iโm a UT Austin alumni and this was a visit to Austin after 20 some yrs with my college son. The hotel had a sense of class and its connections with the univ brought me back memories of UT days.
As for thr accommodation, it was spacious in and out and overall it was nice. However, Iโd like to mention several things as to help improve the site.
1) The room was not so quiet โ street noise and chatters from the corridor were transferred transparently.
2) The bathroom had a tint of...
โGreat staff! We came for our anniversary in July 2025. They upgraded our room and had fruit and champagne waiting for us in our room. Their restaurant was great. We really enjoyed the Mac and cheese and flatbreads they offered. Would stay at a Omni hotel again. โ
