2/10 Terrible

"Checked in - poky little lobby. Got taken to our rooms. The smell of mustiness when the door opened was overwhelming. Room is poky and claustrophobic. Carpets and fixtures really badly maintained. Ripped carpets. Sticky floors. Tried to upgrade to suites. Slightly larger but all the same issues. Left swiftly and went to the Four Seasons a couple of minutes away. Less than an hour spent at Kempinski. Avoid unless you’re content with paying five star prices for a three star experience."
