“We had a wonderful stay with Bob and Ohla. They were very welcoming and friendly and could not do enough to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The location is great, close to the Brecon hills and the coast, just be ready for some hill climbing! Breakfast was an option we took up and this was very tasty and lots of options available. “Where do I start.... middle of nowhere ,the key code didn't work, the front door never locks (always open) only one bathroom toilet for 8+ rooms, bedroom door does't shut properly, after hard try the door still wobble( gap between door and the frame), car park is very narrow, No kitchen space to wash the cup or els. To top all of that this scary looking black and white photo of a long hair victorian lady everywhere. Even if come free I won't even stay there again.”

“First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
