"We booked the Sonesta hotel months ago and when we arrived, it was no longer a Sonesta. There were no amenities provided in the hotel room (not even hand soap). The shower was dirty. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast area were all closed. Staff were kind, but seemed very overworked and overwhelmed. ..."

Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront
"They would not let my 21 year old daughter check in because the reservation was in my name and not hers, even though we do have the same last name. The bar/restaurant area was not open. The hotel is outdated, but they have done remodeling. Room was clean. Expensive for what we got."
