Grant Village - Inside the Park
10/10 Excellent
"Great location within the park. The rooms are bare bones but everything you'd expect in a national park. Food choices are limited particularly late in the season."
Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park
8/10 Good
"Clean and quiet. Rooms very small. Queen bed looked like a double. Pricey but you are paying for the in park convenience. Don't expect anything exceptional. Better than most other in park hotels. I've tried them all."
Old Faithful Snow Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park
8/10 Good
"First time visiting Yellowstone. Snow Lodge seems like a good choice. Wifi is a ++++. Location ++++. Old Faithful area is definitely an easy choice to have a base while exploring YNP. The convenience of multiple stores and restaurants is definitely ++++. The cleanliness of the cabins leave a lot to be desired. It was dusty, dingy appearing. There was also an odd smell upon entering the cabin. I think that has to do with the age of the cabin and old bathroom. Thankful for running (hot) water and an actual bathroom but probably one of the worst showers I've had in recent memory. Water from shower head came out weakly. The knobs could not control temps well. I felt like i would break the knobs if i tried to adjust it more. The restaurant staff seems fairly stressed at times. I think they are low on workers since it was end of season. Fairly inefficient system to even get a togo cup of coffee."
Old Faithful Inn - Inside the Park
8/10 Good
"Such a fabulous historical building right in the national park! The rooms are very simple but the rest of the sight makes up for it. Loved the multiple balconies with comfy seating over looking the lobby. They had music most of the day and coffee and cocktails available. I felt like I stepped back in time to enjoy luxury travel the way it used to be done. And of course the geysers were right there and so amazing!"
Lake Lodge Cabins - Inside the Park
8/10 Good
"Had a coffee maker that did not work. Second & third did not work. Finally 4th try, a coffee maker that works. Very limited restaurant."
