Hello Richard, we do offer early check ins for guests. Our check in time starts at 4pm and the fee for early check in is 20 every hour before check in. Our pet fee is required to clean pet rooms with cleaning supplies and chemicals, we always have clerks available to assist guest but there are times where we might be assisting another guest. We ask that you kindly wait or leave a message at the front desk if that is the case. Our room keys can be demagnetized if left close to cellphones and the doors are locked at 11pm for security of our guests. Our hot tub and pools are treated daily and we do offer a continental breakfast that consist of fresh fruits, muffins, bagels, cereal, Danish pastries, hot tea and coffee. We have an A La Carte style breakfast that is for purchase that offers hot items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, waffles, grits, oatmeal and much more. We also staff housemen daily to clean our premises. We take pride in taking care of our property and our guest request.
