“I feel catfished! It says Palmetto resort by the sea, but when you pull in, it says Palmetto Inn and suites if you’re staying in the back, it’s a motel the microwave is literally from the 70s. It has a spin set. Everything had rust on it. the ceiling was peeling. The carpet was tearing up the TV didn’t work. It was extremely disappointing.”

“The facility as a whole is pretty nice. 3 pools, a lazy river(looked dirty) and a hot tub. Lots of different things to do, tiki bar, snack place, a few nightly events. My room looked nothing like the pictures. Was not told the pet fee of $20 per night would also be taxed, room we had was very outdated, floors were nasty, toilet didn't flush all the way unless you stood there and held the handle down. “I have been staying here for years and you now have to pay $15 plus tax daily for parking which was not mentioned when I booked. I understand paying for parking for more than one car but this is stupid. Also the main lot gets full fast so you have to park across the street.”

“The hotel's location is quite advantageous. The beach is just a short stroll away, and shops and restaurants are conveniently situated just across the street. The hotel staff are amiable and obliging. The facilities, though somewhat dated, are maintained in an exceptionally clean condition. The valet parking service is prompt and efficient.”
