“We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

“Bedroom had a few issues bed was super soft and not enough pillows. TV wouldn't work correctly. Couldn't use hot tub. Staff wasn't at front desk and pool was closed over the maintenance time.”

“Pool=EMPTY!!! That was the reason for booking location!! Breakfast limited.Coffee terrible! No coffee in room. Tub very slippery for seniors. Ice machine in basement, very odd!! Exit on side is steps, hard to get down for senior!”

“Man at front desk was odd and did nothing but complain about his job during the process. Room was decently clean, however for this being an extended store there was no cutlery, cups, or pots and pans. Also no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby(even though there was a sign saying it was available) On check out day and worker knocked on our door at 9am saying he had to come in for his inspection. Very rude since we still had two hours unto checkout. Do no recommend”

“Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.”

“Property and room was incredibly clean. The sheets and comforter were great. Lots of open and available parking spots. Love the shower had shower doors instead of the normal shower curtain.”
