“The hot tub was fantastic and inside which was great, lovely and relaxing. The cottage was really beautiful, upside down which I loved. Very peaceful, but there were mouldy patches around the base of the shower and we noticed a few cobwebs. We couldn't find a bowl for use in the microwave. Just a couple of small niggles really. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely couple of days.”

“It’s billed as a BW Signature but having just come from a signature hotel in Solihull I beg to differ. First impression you pull up and think the gps has taken you to the wrong place no BW signage and a shabby looking exterior. Reception was a serving hatch in the wall find out your on the third floor lift only goes to the 2nd then you have to drag your cases up 2 flights of stairs the room is incredibly small,shower is a corner unit where your elbows hit the sides as you shower nowhere to put...
