"Excellent location in south west Jeju. Hard to get mass transit here from airport. About a 30-45 minutes drive from the airport. Free underground parking with in and out privileges. Service top notch throughout property starting with arrival staff to service team on property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Complimentary cold water in mini fridge. Minbar drinks and snacks for purchase in room. Pour over coffee and tea for free. Property is amazingly large with pool, water slides, movie nights in the pool, poolside services, nature walking trail, beach access below the bluff. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the area if you don’t want to eat on site. 7-11 on property and one next door. Starbucks and McDonald’s within walking distance. Also other Korean restaurants. Lots of themed museums around the area. Highly recommend this location. Quieter compared to Jeju city. Reminded us of being in Maui. Would definitely stay again."

"This was the best resort our family has ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Our son absolutely loved the racing car bed—it was the highlight of the trip for him and made our stay even more memorable. The resort was very family-friendly, and we appreciated how comfortable and relaxing everything felt. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and unique touches for children really set this place apart. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a wonderful vacation experience."

"When we checked in the receptionist couldn’t answer simple questions, his english was too poor and he didn’t know anything about the surroundings. He told us we are not aloud to go to the swimming pool neither to have breakfast without having answered if we would have wished to. No bar available in the evening! It’s the first hôtel where I've been where I see such a thing. Very tempting on the pictures but so deceiving in live!"

"I stayed for three nights. On the second day, when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which caused my clothes in the suitcase to get wet. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed our room and arranged for my clothes to be laundered the next day. Although I was shocked by the leak, the staff’s quick and apologetic response alleviated my concerns. The resort was large, and aside from this incident, I was pleased with their service."
