"I stayed here with my niece, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful beach view. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. A big shout-out to Yvonne from the breakfast team, she made our mornings even more enjoyable! It’s great to see that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is definitely a plus as I’ll be looking forward to returning to upgraded rooms. We especially loved spending time by the pool, particularly in the evenings. The gardens and surrounding greenery are also very well maintained, kudos to the gardening team for keeping everything in such great condition. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals throughout our stay. The only thing I missed was having snacks available to purchase on-site. However, the new Breakfast Supervisor explained that the gift shop is currently out of service due to renovations, but it will be back once everything is complete, which is good to know. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to visit again!"

"We appreciated the fridge, kettle as well as coffee maker and free water. The bed was lumpy but after mentioning this we were moved to a room with much better mattresses. Unfortunately the TV remote (later fixed), telephone (line out of order), safe and coffee maker (never replaced despite several trips to the front desk with requests) didn’t work in the new room. I chose this hotel for central location and free parking. Access is only via a single road that jams up badly at peak times resulting in us feeling trapped inside the hotel after returning late afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part but when no one followed up on getting us a functioning coffee maker when we had to leave before breakfast opened, was very disappointing."

"The suite was very clean and spacious. A little dated but still comfortable and well maintained. Cleaning staff kept everything fully stocked. The breakfast buffet was ok but the regular menu had a lot more choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is conveniently located (5 min walk) to Bijoux, a luxury retail jewelry store. Overall stay at Courtleigh was very good."

"The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. Forgot my watch in the safe when I switched rooms, spoke to the front desk and the GM up-to-date my watch has still not been returned, Was told by the GM that they are doing an investigation. since checking out no one has contacted me. Would not recommend this property."

"Ideal if you’re looking for a safe, quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. No pool and no complimentary bath robe that I never use anyway! Not a luxury property but it was a welcoming and relaxing feel about it. The location is also very good - close to things but also quietly tucked away. I would definitely return. Oh …., I nearly forgot to mention the full Jamaican breakfast. The best I have ever had!! "
