“We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.”

“Period property with unusual layout. Should have read the breakfast instructions more carefully as this was to indicate quantity of items not just preference. Staff very helpful.”

“Great Location, excellent restaurant and amenities”

“The Bowl Inn is exceptional, set in an idyllic location just outside Bristol city centre. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the bedrooms are luxuriously appointed. One of the highlights was the large windows, which open fully onto the stunning surrounding countryside, creating a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Highly recommended.”

“Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bristol. Room could do with some much better lighting, it was quite dingy. The bed was adequate but not super comfortable. There were some renovations happening on the floor above, accompanied by banging during the daytime. Overall not bad, but would expect it to be a little bit better value for money.”

“Stayed with a dog and it was perfect. I would stay again.”

“A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed.”
