"I would have liked for the guy in front during check-in to not charge me the deposit without saying so. Then when asked about the charge the same day, he said I hadn’t paid for my room and that’s why it was charged even when I told him I paid $287 on here already he doubled down and then took it back after I insisted. Insane. Hopefully I get my deposit back asap. Otherwise it’s a clean and cheap place to stay."

With their help, they finally found it without it being a bother. Prentiss was also very courteous at breakfast. He was willing to please. Rooms were quiet depending on jour neighbors."
