"初めて花巻温泉利用させていただきました。スタッフの対応はとても素晴らしいです。施設は老朽化していますが、リニューアルなど手が入っていました。3つの温泉ホテルが廊下で接続していてどちらの温泉風呂も利用できました。敷地が広大で車中泊の方の駐車場があるのには驚きました。食事も混雑しすぎていないのでビュッフェスタイルでも楽しんで食事ができました。敷地内にドラッグストアやお土産屋さんなどもありました、特にチェックアウト時にベーカリーで購入した栗入りのあんぱんが美味しかったです。栗駒高原ハイキング時に食べました。花巻温泉はまた訪れたい場所になりました。"

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. We weren't sure about having the Japanese cuisine for both breakfast and dinner but it was such a great experience. We are very glad we chose to add the half-board to our stay. The sound of the stream at night was lovely and also really enjoyed the onsen. We were originally hoping to have an in room onsen, but ended up enjoying the public onsen. It was a new experience and we would definitely do this again. The food is amazing and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The only thing I would say about our stay is that my husband needed an extra mat to sleep on as he has a bad shoulder and needed a bit of extra padding. The staff was very accommodating and got us an extra mat right away."
