“Incredibly old and poorly maintained hotel. Very loud on the street below. The hotel even provides earplugs on the bed. Awful smell in hallway but not in the room thankfully. Terribly stained carpet. Beds were clean and comfortable, but mine had a lean to it and kept having to roll back on the bed to not fall off. The shower had moldy lines and the bath anti-slip mat was definitely moldy. Plus you had to keep the door shut so the fire alarm would not go off. The breakfast was fine. Parking was...

“Absolutely lovely place to stay, great location, nice, modern finishes, clean and well kept and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend!”

“I actually didnt stay at the place i drove home,it was dirty,mouldy,carpet was filthy,the decoration looked like it hadnt been done for years.holes in the walls where brackets had been,smelt of damp,wobbly toilet seat.i sat on the bed a while and started itching.i then decided to drive home.the whole place needs refurbing”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable, breakfast was very comprehensive and nice. The place is a little run down, but looks as though it’s being improved. Great value for the price, would definitely stay there again. They do do evening meals in the bar although their website doesn’t say so.”
