Harrisburg - Hershey, Pennsylvania hotel rooms at the Best Western

Quick one night stay but satisfied

The hotel was overall good; clean, modern, safe, bed was comfortable etc. however the pillows were flat. PS: would appreciate if that hotel advised the parents to observe quiet time after 10.30. We had kids running outside our room after 11.30!

This place is sooooo clean. The bathroom looked like a showroom display. I felt guilty for even taking a shower in it. This should be the benchmark standard of hotel cleanliness.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We only had to stay for one night but each staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast options were simple but great. Definitely a much better experience than other hotels my family and I have stayed in around the same area.

Great option for something close to Hershey

Staff were exceptional and attentive to our concerns. They were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming to us. Considering we had a group of 29 mainly children, the pool was small but overall, my group had a great time. I love the fact that tea and coffee was available 24/7, there was a slight variety in breakfast each morning, they had hot options, it went till 10am, and the lounge area was comfortable and fun for children as well. We were staying in a Marriott downtown Philadelphia for a business conference and then stayed one night at a Comfort Suites and I wish we would of stayed in a Comfort Suites the whole time because it was bigger better and cheaper and had better customer service

Loved this hotel!! They even included a nightlight in the room. The pool was nice (a bit outdated compared to the rest of the property, but clean and refreshing) and the staff was incredible. Definitely made our already awesome trip even better. A big comfy bed and a pull-out sofa perfect for a fort!! Can’t wait to stay again!

This was my second stay. The room was really nice,, and huge. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, you could get fat with as many options as they give you. The hotel staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and it's a place I'll be visiting a 3rd time. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, it's one of the best I've ever stayed in.
