The Ka’anapali Shores takes part in a quarterly pest control program, the service for which is provided by a professional, nationally recognized pest control company. Even with such a proactive program in place, it is simply impossible to completely eliminate pests in a tropical environment such as ours. The abundance of tropical flora, combined with our climate, cause a presence of pests even in the 4 and 5-star resorts here. It remains our hope that you will understand that your experience at Ka’anapali Shores was anything but typical. Our staff and management team pride ourselves on our reputation for efficient cleaning service levels and our product is considered to be a great value within our industry. We are truly sorry to learn that we fell short in this instance and that we missed the mark in creating a memorable experience for you.
