โIt was very good.
But bed was not great quality and we were woken at 3am with all the lights turning on (we were told due to power cut but very odd and scary!) - so sleep was disruptedโ
โOne night stay , room on arrival was very hot. Mentioned on way out and reception staff obliged by providing aircon and fan. Upon return later room very cool.
Very central location with friendly staff, breakfast great with plenty of choice โ
โAdrian is extremely kind and pleasant among the staff there. I stayed at the accommodation and had a comfortable rest. But it would be nice to have slippers in the bathroomโ
โMy partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra ยฃ2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was ยฃ15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it.

โThe moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room.
The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful.
I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol.
The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point!
Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol).
Also to add the place is noise...
โFrom the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
โThe team here are exceptional especially the front desk team. I want to say Grace but it may have been Gemma (bad memory) however the lady was exceptional. Thank you for a great stay โ
โI canโt believe this even until now, but there was mould on the duvet cover... Seriously? Yes. Fortunately the receptionist changed the duvet cover but still there was a hair on the mattress and the pillow. Better not to expect the cleanliness here. โ
โNice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts.
Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great.
The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...
