조용하고 좋은 호텔
직원들은 매우 친절하고 조식 또한 좋고 호텔 도 매우 깔끔하지만, 마닐라시내 및 관광지에서 좀 동떨어져 있네요 이동시 약간 불편하며, 호텔 규모가 생각보다 작습니다.

I appreciated the hotel's design, room size, facilitiea and location. I like the vibe overall. As much as I want to love this hotel, it doesn't quite work for me because it didn't meet some of my basic necessities such as a hand towel, a wash cloth and towels in the pool area. Also, by 9:15 am we could barely make a plate for breakfast which is supposed to be availble until 10:00 am.

The place feels like I'm at home. Very secure, peaceful, and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The housekeeping staff especially Ian, were very helpful and provides quick and fast service. I just noticed greeters at the front office or desk not quite friendly and did not smile or greet us when we walked in. But overall, everything is good.

The Privato Hotel is a very modern and contemporary establishment. I found the room very aesthetically pleasing with small surprise conveniences like a small fixed mirror that you can angle to see the back of your head whilst at the sink and a weight scale. TV had many options. It is located in a quiet area I was in room 708 But what was most profound was the level of attentiveness provided by the staff, whilst using the top floor pool, a happy fellow came up to provide towels. He was the same to remind me about some garments I still had hanging in the closet on check out, such small gestures are what makes a stay extra special. I will highly consider and Privato hotel for a stay.

I will recommend Privato. The facility is clean and modern . Staff are accommodating. Breakfast was good. Parking is not enough for clients though. Overall I am satisfied with our stay.

お世話になりました お部屋は天井が高く窓も大きくて　ベッドも良く快適でしたが。。 夜中に　壁の電気がしばらく点滅してて　怖かったです。 それと　シャワールームの　水はけが悪く　洗面台の方まで　水があふれる始末で　困りました。 それ以外は　快適にすごせました。

I would never recommend the Privato in philippines to anyone. Charged me $500 pesos for a lost key card which literally costs 1 peso. The breakfast buffet was the worst I have ever had anywhere. To top off my poor service; they booked me a cab to wrong bus terminal and delayed my arrival home by 2 hours and cost me another $500 pesos for a taxi to correct Bus terminal. Privato is not a good idea for anyone

Liked the friendly and efficient staff. Liked the comfortable beds. Liked the efficient and friendly security guard (Randy) Didn't like the charging protocol for hand towels and more toilet tissue or the cockroaches in the room or the useless mini fridge (changed but still didn't work properly) or the cheap landline phone.
