"I had booked a room via hotels.com for one night a few days in advance. As I called at around 6pm on the day of arrival to arrange the check in, I was informed that they were overbooked and could not provide us with the room that we had booked. The payment was, however, already made online and I have not yet received a refund or any information about the refund (4 days later).
