โI had an event at Summer Place (across the street) so the location was perfect. The facility is like a hybrid between short stay lodging and a hotel. โ
โGreat walkable from the shopping area and because of the parking included you donโt have to pay to park in the mall.
I didnโt eat onsite as so canโt review the food. Staff were friendly and the place is fairly modern and of a decent standard. Would stay againโ
โVery friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!โ
โWe stayed at the Clico for 2 nights and loved the unique layout of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic for both dinners and breakfasts we had there. The staff was extremelyattentive and helpful.. โ
โIt was only a one night stay, in transit to Krรผger NP. Everything was alright. The wifi was much better in the public area than in the room though. Rosebank Mall is within walking distance so you can do your shopping easily if needed.
They have their own parking as well.โ
โit was great comfy hotel overall. there are two things to be fixed. once for the breatfast, there should be more salad. its like im eating only meat and egg and others without any salad.
another one is slow wifi and it needs to be faster with more data allowed. almost every hotel provides wireless with indefinate data. but 500MB isnt enough to properly search things in internet even.โ
โOur wifi got cut-off at 22h00,tried using the phone it didn't go through.Called directly to reception and they said someone is coming to fix until morning came. I was disappointed. โ
โEverything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper.โ
