Find hotels in Indian Village, Grand Rapids

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. Not a good coffee maker G.C. "

"The staff was friendly but no one was available to check us in when we arrived around 5:00pm. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes before the front desk person arrived. Cracks on the side entrance but there was a cone warning us. The molding in the bathroom needed an upgrade. The bed was nice and comfortable. The size of the room was good given that there were 2 queen beds. Neighbors were quiet. Slept well. The pool was good but no towels in the area. Had to go to the front desk after they said they would send it to the pool but never did. Overall it was ok but a lot different from our stay here a few years ago."

"I knew that breakfast was included with your stay when I booked the room, but I had no idea that a dinner buffet and 3 free drinks were included for the length of your stay as well. Very convenient. Would stay again."

"We had a problem with the heat working it would heat room then switch to ac and never heat again. Not much hot food for breakfast so we skipped that"

"It wasn’t horrible, but it was far from great. The rooms were unkept. Surfaces not wiped completely, some weird liquid stain on the wall by the bed & floors that were definitely not mopped, maybe(??) swept… The restaurant being closed was pretty disappointing, especially since breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay, if I’m not mistaken. A heads up during booking would have been greatly appreciated. Either way, a little less focus on the “already gorgeous” (as stated by an employee) restaurant & a ton more on the actual state of the building & its rooms would be my choice in suggestions. Though its conveniently located right off of the highway, staff was friendly, & the bed was pretty comfy… I can’t say that I’ll be back. Nor can I say I’d recommend this place, in its current state, to anyone I know. The potential is there, utilize it. "
