“This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more...

If you do venture away from the hotel, you are already in the town of Lacco Ameno so restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Recommend staying in a room in the main building if you require strong/reliable WiFi. Thanks to the property and staff for a wonderful visit.”
