"This was our first time at an Excellence and we would definitely come back. The property was beautiful, the pool, restaurants and bars did not disappoint. The best part though was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff! We stayed in a two level terrace with private pool, though the space was very nice, the pool was not heated so we didn’t use. We did love the large lounger on the terrace and even took an afternoon nap out there. Many restaurants to choice from all were great except the sports bar food was meh but we enjoyed a few games of pool. They had nightly entertainment if you are in to that or had plenty of seating areas just to relax with a drink. If you are looking for an all inclusive relaxed atmosphere with lots of food options and the friendliest people around, I would recommend the Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres to everyone!"

"We had a great time at Riu Dunamar! It was our first time there for spring break. The whole family had a great time! We ranged in age between 7-50 years. The water park was great for all ages. There was multiple pools at the property, some are for adults only but most were for the entire family. They had pool activities which added some action and entertainment to the day. There was night events that included adults and the young ones as well which was great! There are a variety of restaurants plus a buffet that changed the type of food daily. The food was good, everyone was satisfied! They offered water excursions for an additional charge. We did a couple of them, they added some fun to our stay! They have an app for the resort that shows the restaurants with their menus and times. Daily activities schedule and attire requirements and suggestions. They have a gift shop on sight which is very expensive, if decide to purchase something from their make sure to have a credit card handy as they don't charge anything to the room. The resort is not close to anything which we were fine with since there was enough activities on sight. They do offer airport transportation that you have to arrange a week in advance but it is not offered if you book through Expedia, it's only offered if you book directly through them. Overall stay was a great time, I definitely recommend it!"
