"Excellent location and excellent service from our checkin to check out. Buffet was amazing and Johnny our attendant normally for breakfast was amazingly friendly helpful and on point with his services and actually all food attendants were amazing respectful and courteous at any time."

"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Fénix Beach siempre ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, el lugar transmite tranquilidad, buena energía y una vibra perfecta para desconectarse de la rutina y realmente descansar. El ambiente es increíble. La combinación de la playa, la música, los espacios del hotel y la atención hacen que la experiencia se sienta muy especial. Es de esos lugares donde uno puede simplemente relajarse, disfrutar el momento y pasar tiempo de calidad en pareja. El servicio merece una mención aparte porque todo el personal es extremadamente amable y atento. Siempre están pendientes de cada detalle y hacen que uno se sienta bien recibido durante toda la estadía. La comida también es deliciosa. Todo lo que probamos tenía muy buen sabor, buena presentación y se nota el cuidado que le ponen a la experiencia gastronómica. Definitivamente se ha convertido en uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos en Cartagena para escaparnos unos días, descansar, disfrutar juntos y salir renovados. Súper recomendado para parejas que quieran vivir una experiencia diferente, tranquila y con un ambiente espectacular."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, despite the cleaning crew not cleaning or wiping down the counter in the bathroom only making beds, changing towels and taking out trash, they should thoroughly clean if they are going into the rooms. Also there is no balconies which sucked! The staff was very accommodating which is a plus Alexy and Mauricio. The major issue is by the lobby bathroom there is really a bad smell daily. Also the hotel is a bit dead ( quiet) they should offer some entertainment of the culture and music. Breakfast was decent but they didn’t offer no fish on any day and options like gluten free or sugarless items for those who don’t eat sugar and are sensitive to gluten. Enjoyed my stay "

"I had a wonderful stay on the Rosario islands at this resort! I chose to stay here because of the experiences offered and was able to do the mangrove and community tour, snorkeling, a service at the spa, and the bioluminescent plankton tour. Both beaches at the resort were also amazing. I was surprised at how spacious it was and how it really did not feel crowded despite seeing how many people arrived on the boats. I highly recommend staying here overnight!"

"The hotel and amenities are great after 3pm the day parties ends and the 6 rooms that are on the resort become quiet and you get to relax the rest of the evening. It is not a party location after 3pm.the staff is amazing and very attentive and welcoming."
