We paid for the all inclusive and the food was delicious.However, reservations are required in order to have dinner on the property. We failed to make reservations two days in a row because they no longer had availability at their restaurants.

The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers. She gave us amazing suggestions about places to see and go. Eloy was as well super helpful and super nice. Our overall time was incredible; it is a great place to re-set and recharge. Room was very clean. Staff were very courteous. Quite noisy at night music or events seemed to go to at least 1am every night. Compared to other properties on the strip it it appears to be loud almost 24 hours a day. Maybe not the ideal property for seniors which we are.

The staff were amazing -so glad they won their union rights in Dec! Very grateful for any time staff or guests spent time helping us with our Spanish. We experienced wonderful massages on Christmas Day and the food was fun! Always a good taco to be had. Loved the 1978 buildings architecture. Ixtapa shopping is conveniently right across the street.

The staff was great. The water in the sink was hot. The water in the shower on the other hand was no where near hot. Had a cold shower everyday. The weather was fantastic. Hot everyday, lots of shops and restaurants to go to right across tge street from our resort.

The staff was excellent, however if it's the hotel's goal to increase English speaking people as patrons, a few more staff should be taught English. The building isn't insulated very well so noise travels easily but for the most part we had a good experience.

All the Staff were the best since the beginning of the stay: very kind, attentive and respectful. Room also very clean, amenities were great. Food delicious too! I’m not giving 5 stars just because I think the amount of rooms of the hotel is not equivalent to the amenities. Even though I didn't feel crowded and the only place I felt it was in the elevator. I think ratio it’s crazy!
