“Parking is a pain….after their tiny lot fills up , you have to park in general public lots , which are a good distance from the property…. Makes unloading your belongings a bit more difficult. My concern for the safety of my vehicle and belongings within it increased as it was not anywhere near the hotel and they are used by anyone in the Jasper area. Other than that …. the room was clean, staff was helpful, hot tubs were full every time we went to try and use them.”

“어른 2명 아이 2명이라 객실 2개를 예약해 체크인 예정 4시에 도착했지만 방 하나가 청소가 끝나지 않았다고 해서 먼저 청소가 끝난 객실에 입실했습니다. 그러나 객실로 가면서 보니 우리 객실 하나만 청소가 안끝났고 청소가 끝나고 비어 있는 방들이 많더군요. 더 황당한 것은 나중에 보니 인접한 방과 연결할 수도 있는 구조던데, 굳이 연결할 수 없는 객실을 배정했더라구요. 다른 방 갈때마다 키들고 가거나 노크해야 했네요. 직원들이 유연하지 못한 것인지 인종차별을 하는것인지. 따지고 방 바꿀까도 생각해 봤지만 귀찮아서 관두었습니다.”

“일단 피라미드레이크 바로 앞이라 너무나 뷰가 예쁨 거기서 별 다섯개 이미 줄수 있음”

“주차가 바로 건물 앞에 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 주방을 사용하기에도 좋았답니다. 밖을 볼 때에 바로 차도가 있어서 무섭기는 했으나, 밤 하늘을 바라보기에는 공간적으로 좋았어요.”

“The town itself is quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After we had checked out, we realized our child had lost something very precious. When we returned, all the staff worked together to help us find it. Thanks to their warm-hearted support, we were able to recover it. We will never forget their kindness. ”

“오래됐지만 자연친화적이고 청결히 유지되어 있어 가족여행시 아주 좋습니다 굳이 단점을 말하자면 체크인 카운터 직원들이 조금 무뚝뚝합니다 3명 봤는데 3명 모두 무뚝뚝...에어컨 없는거 제외하고 롯지는 아주 만족합니다 ”

“가격이 너무 비싸다 예약당시 방하나 남았다고 했는데 체크인시 물어보니 방이 여러개 남아있었다 침대 이불에서 담배냄새가 너무 많이나서 세탁을 안했음이 분명했다 주방식기들도 청결하지않았다 주변에 모기도 너무 많아서 밤새괴로웠고 위치도 재스퍼공원에서 나와야했다 이가격이면 힌튼에있는 모텔3일을 지낼수있는 가격이다 아까웠다”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially for the price of the room for the night.”

“Everything from staff to beautiful clean rooms and all the aminities including close to Walmart, canadiantire, etc..”
