"For the area, the resort has a lot to do which is great for kids. I think their restaurant selection could be better and I think they definitely need options for brunch choices. I think their rates are a bit high."

"I was pleasantly surprised how nice my motel experience was. The front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful. He made me feel like a queen. I was on the 2nd floor. When we had a rain downpour the noise was quite loud from the ceiling so if you are a light sleeper that could bother you. "

"I used this hotel when I was visiting for a conference. Having the laundry in suite was great. The Sun Runner bus stop is just a block or two walk away and makes getting to either side of St Petersburg easy, esp at just $2.25/ride and credit card tap payment."

"Stayed here recently and would rate it as average overall. The rooms are quite outdated, with worn tables and chairs, and the layout felt a bit awkward—the bed is positioned right by the door as soon as you walk in. Our view was of a parking garage, which was disappointing. Service was inconsistent. We weren’t offered the welcome drink on arrival and had to ask for it ourselves. On the day we left, the lift wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the beach was very nice and probably the best part of the stay. However, the hotel felt overpriced for the quality of the rooms and service provided. The nearby sister resort looked much more modern and seemed to have better amenities. Overall, not a terrible stay, but not great value for money."
