"We had an excellent experience during our first stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and the room was luxurious, spacious, and very clean. The hotel is right next to a subway station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Every staff member we met was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. " Room was clean and comfortable with an emperor sized bed which was amazingly comfortable. Perfect after a long day site seeing, eating and shopping. Comped 2 breakfasts due to our special occasion which was a delicious buffet of Korean and western food. Even had a cold soba noodle station! The staff were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help us at every turn. I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better hotel in the price range and look forward to staying again.
