My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. Overall, everything was good. ---- 全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は良かったです。 ホテルは清潔で素敵ですし、とても雰囲気の良いエリアにあるので、ぜひおすすめします。 唯一のフィードバックとして、もし経営の方がご覧になっていればお伝えしたいのですが、無人ホテルであることは理解しています（そのためスタッフを3/5と評価しました）。しかし、3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず追加のシーツを用意していただけなかった点は、少し厳しく柔軟性に欠ける印象を受けました。 とはいえ、全体的にはとても満足しています。

Excellent staff service, environment and experience comfortable and quiet providing a good rest. Driverless monorail to onsen was awesome with spectacular scenery. Free ice pops provided. Husband saw a deer in the grassland while using the onsen. Only regret was the food quality that couldn’t stand out.

View was spectacular. Nice location.

Very clean room, all self check in , very modern

Spotless room, excellent staff including some English speaking staff which was very helpful, shuttle was great to take into town
