"The hotel staff was extremely hospitable. The breakfast that was bought with the room was simply fantastic (in most hotel it is an overprice affair; here it was excellent, varied and plentiful). The restaurant staff was also extremely helpful and equally hospitable. The rooms were interestingly decorated and comfortable but also different from the typical bland hotel rooms. The hotel offers many uniquely attractive features that we enjoyed it very much. Overall a great and fun experience. "

"A wonderful hotel in a great location. Short walk to to the Roman bath and bath abbey, and so much great shopping and restaurants. The family room was so big and comfortable! Felt like a US sized hotel room. "

"Would definitely stay here again. One of the best showers and towels I have had in a hotel. Well thought out rooms. The breakfast was really good and plenty of choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all the sights and to the shops and lots of good restaurants close by."
