“Great experience with the hotel, we stayed 2 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was very peaceful, my only recommendation to others would be to have a larger bed. We are used to king size so a double was a little small ”
“Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. ”
