“Just a one night stay while working in Kirkcaldy, had the superior single room. Due to the stormy weather I couldn’t keep the window open which made the room rather warm. Bed comfy enough, grout in the shower needs a good scrub (I am a cleaner and know what causes this!) and my carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Other than that can’t complain for the price. Didn’t use any of the facilities so won’t comment. Would I stay here again, yes, if it was as cheap.”

“A lovely old house kept in great condition. Our room was warm and comfortable and spotlessly clean. A great breakfast set us up for the day. The proprietors were friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful property and excellent staff.”

“This was a wonderful place. Friendly, welcoming staff! Lovely comfortable room. It was only about a 9 minute drive to the center of Perth. I would definitely stay there again.”
