"Checking in took way too long . There should be a guest service desk separate from checking in , there were multiple people who who were at the check in desk requesting WiFi and other stuff and they were there for minutes while a line of people were waiting to just check in and go to their room . I booked my room through Expedia and they told me what I had to pay for a deposit , I ended up having to pay triple the amount for the deposit upon arriving which I was not told about beforehand . The place is awesome but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to check in , when some people are going up just for questions. and a deposit should clearly be stated weather it’s through a second party or not "

"I liked everything. Delicious Breakfast, comfortable & clean Queen size beds & refrigerator in the room. Also coffee, tea, water & microwave in the lobby 24/7. And a bar. Good closet space & plenty of drawer space. Internet & printer & free WiFi. A Metro Bus right outside for transportation anywhere! Helpful & friendly staff. Free shuttle service to and from the Airport. Doesn’t have a dinner restaurant but has all kinds of available restaurants right outside their door. Very very convenient and affordable & enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this LA Fairfield hotel. "

"This was a last minute stay option for us , but overall very satisfied with the stay I slept comfortably in the nice beds they provided and it was close to the beach area which is where I was mainly hanging out I feel good knowing I stayed in a nice hotel such as this one."
