We had an amazing stay at Kadun Hotel Boutique in Cabo San Lucas — truly a 10/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A special thank you to the bellboys, Evan and Jaime, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions about the area and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Shout out to all the staff as well for their hospitality and assistance. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, within walking distance to everything in the city, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. Since the hotel only opened in December 2025, everything felt brand new and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. We opted for the breakfast-only package, and it was exactly what we needed to start each day. The restaurant staff and lobby team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop — the pool and the view of the city were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We traveled as a couple and really appreciated the calm and relaxing environment. Compared to large all-inclusive resorts, this boutique hotel offers a much more peaceful and personal atmosphere. The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

The Altitude tower had an amazing view of the ocean! The room was spacious and comfortable and nicely appointed. It would have been nice to have a proper table and chairs to eat at when ordering room service. We loved the à la carte breakfast service at the Grill and the staff there was excellent. The breakfast buffet was not as clean, food was not as good and not the same offerings, and service was not as attentive. For dinner Risotto had delicious Italian food, Hacienda Del Mortero had delicious tacos and the Grill was great too. Portions are small but we liked this as we could try a variety of dishes without wasting food. Ayami was our least favourite restaurant as the Asian food is not authentic but the fish was very fresh. The dinner buffet was mediocre with limited offerings. The Surfos bar was great. We enjoyed the hotdog and hamburger stand by the pool! Sky lounge was nice and usually quiet. The main pool was really nice with a great view of the beach. We were mostly in the adult pool where the swim up bar was located but it needed some work as some tiles were missing and it often seemed scummy with sunscreen. There was a lack of loungers available poolside and some were a bit broken. Would be nice to have more umbrellas and loungers on the beach. You cannot swim at the beach - surf is very rough. Black flag everyday. Beach is gorgeous for walking. Overall a nice resort. A little tired in some areas in need of renovation and a bit understaffed in the restaurants.

Food and service way over the top! This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite and theres a driver right there to take you wherever you want, resort is huge so this was extremely helpful. From the moment you pull up until the moment you leave you are pampered! The staff is proud of what they do and are truly dedicated to their jobs and what the property is all about. Go there, dont hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed, make sure you go all inclusive!
