"We’ve reserved 3 rooms for over 6 months, but we checked in , 1 room had to stay on the 2nd floor which was quite difficult because we had big luggages!! No breakfast included & staff was not helpful."

"I think they need to update pictures, also include the correct in-times (also the latest can check in) Needs to be cleaned seems a few bugs on 2 beds not sure what kind but I would never sleep where I see a few small bugs Worst experience"
