"A great place to stay. All of the staff most wonderful. Will come back and stay. Rooms clean. Pool and hot tub extremely clean dining room well staffed and kept all foods supplied. During breakfast. Desk staff will do anything they can do to ensure a smooth check in. Facilities crew do a great job to ensure property is well cared for. 😊"

"This hotel is amazing. Room 4 was spotlessly clean, huge, separate bedroom with king and queen bed. Tastefully decorated, crisp white bedding, coffee maker and fridge. The bed was a little too soft for us but the suite beat all our expectations. Thank you"

"So many things wrong starting with the management they charge me twice for a room once to Expedia and one through them at Day Inn so now they took $64 after Expedia already took it. I don’t wanna give me my money back. wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. Their breakfast only had like 23 things very bad."

"If you want a place at Ocean Shores with a full kitchen, totally equipped, clean and comfortable accommodations, conveniently located walking distance from grocery store and other shopping, an easy walk to the beach and even a view of the water, the Grey Gull is the place to stay. We have stayed here three times already and this is the place that we will go from now on when we visit Ocean Shores."

"Cleanliness was great but a couple small items were overlooked - used sponge in kitchen, half -used lotion bottle in bathroom. The kitchen has a couple pots, plates, cups, and knives. No cutting board, can opener, pans, or oven trays. If you plan to cook, bring what you need. Overall we loved the place, these were small items compared to the location and freindliness of the community."
