We recently had an issue with the shuttle, and even though it’s an outside service, the hotel quickly stepped in and resolved it. After 20 years, we continue to expect the very best because that’s the standard they consistently deliver."

"I've stayed at this property several times over the years and the upgrade to the elevators was necessary. It's much easier to enter your floor and go to the elevator that will get you there, it does need an increased delay so the elevator doors don't close to early. The best experience I've had was with staff. From the concierge staff to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly and helpful beyond my expectations. Great experience even though there was a lot of construction going on towards the meeting rooms."

"It was the perfect place to stay with my one year old and newborn! i love the heated pools and the baby pool, my daughter had so much fun in it! Breakfast was good, could have more options but it was okay! the staff was so nice and helpful! i love the location of it, so many food options right across the parking lot."
