“Very clean facility - rooms, hall, and lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with good parking and nearby convenience store with gas.”

“The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast on Wednesday morning was only until 9:30 and since I'm a late riser I didn't get it in time. This location is situated between right next to a major truck stop so sometimes getting in and out is difficult when trucks back up and blocking the driveway. It's right off of I-77 and there are fast electric car charging stations in the parking lot at the truck stop. No charging stations at all up the hill near the hotel.”

“This place took our money and we're not even open. Then refused to give us a refund when we arrived and found the place completely abandoned! No staff, no renters, no access to main area for food, no breakfast as advertised! Be very wary and don't stay there!! ”

“The breakfast was fresh and ready on time there was 2 kinds of cereal bagels 2 kinds in g muffins juice milk water waffles yogurt biscuits gravy eggs the second shift lady checked me in was great very friendly we had water damage at our house and had to get room last minute I was in and out in less than 10 min parking was great security camera well lite parking lot and the third shift front desk staff was just as awesome and helpful”

“Was travelling on Blue Ridge Parkway and spent the day hiking in the Rock Castle Gorge. Floyd is closest town to the Gorge. Hotel Floyd is amazingly modern and clean hotel in a very small and charming hamlet of VA.”
