"The staff is always pleasant when checking in. Accommodating of special requests. The room is clean. Nice place to stay when visiting child at Millersville University."

"The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, the TV never turned on, our room keys kept not working and the bed linens could be replaced with newer and better fitting. But the room was large, spacious and comfortable and the employees were very nice and helpful. We liked the deck out back with rocking chairs to sit on.. would’ve loved to have used the hot tub, but it closed too early for us, so we never did take advantage of it. All in all, it was a nice stay, but definitely some things could be improved upon!"
