“Good staff, pleasant surroundings clean ”

“Room was clean. TV channels didnt work and nor did the phone to front office. Some staff were great others had somewhat of a negative attitude. Quiet area and central t I the activities I needed”

“The AC definitely kept the room cold. Breakfast was the same each morning, but did include eggs and sausage as well as waffles and cereal, oatmeal muffins, etc. We did not evaluate the pool. Ice machine worked. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. This is more of a classic motel set up with the doors facing outward toward the parking lot and has units on only 2 stories. It is also obviously an older facility, but our room seemed quite well kept. The staff we met were great and accommodating...

“Clean and comfortable - hosts are extremely nice and accommodating - used it as a base to experience the springs and crystal river.”

“This is a cozy and charming cottage. Looks better on the inside than the outside. Loved the dogs and the horses. A bit rustic but I loved it. ”

“Easy, quick and accommodating check in. Helped us locate a spot to park our trailer with kayaks. Nice rooms and right next door to the river and to Gator’s Den restaurant with bar, restaurant, and live music with nice outdoor seating. Would stay again at this motel.”

“Basically clean. Many long term "residents" living on the water side of the hotel. Not real family friendly environment.”
