"Hotel did not have rooftop ashtrays cleaned. Also the rooms were unable to be adjusted any cooler. No circulation from bathroom to bedroom. After showering the entire room was moist and damp"
"The staff was really nice and helpful. They had champagne and chocolates waiting for our celebration upon our arrival. The location of the hotel is in a quaint location near groceries, restuarants, and shops. The staff provided great recommendations for restaurants and helped arrange transportation to the airport. The spa service was relaxing. Breakfast was great. They have a neat fresh squeeze orange juice machine and the basement breakfast area is well themed."
