The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment. "

"Location is what makes this hotel worth a stay. Otherwise a bit mediocre. Several issues in bathroom-sink stopper didn’t work, toilet seat loose, lighting so so for shaving. Breakfast buffet good Major complaint was advice on how to get to hotel from airport. It is directly accessible by water taxi but concierge told us to use their preferred car service, which was very poor."
