"Lugar muy bonito. Mu habitacion fur una Jr suite lo unico el sofa cama estate muy incomodo ya necesita uno Nuevo. Si regreso pero usaria una habitacion con doble cama. Disfrute mucho la musica en vivo en el bar del lobby. "

"I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I reserved and pre paid a double bed handicap accessible room and the reservation was non refundable. When I arrived with my 93y/o mom I am told they only have one handicap accessible room with a king size bed. I said I was willing to take a roll in bed but they said they don’t have those in their hotel besides their room is too small. I asked what they could offer to make this right since the handicap accessibility was non negotiable due to the limitations of my elderly mom. The could only offer to cancel my reservation but the refund was up to Expedia since they were the ones collecting the money. Now I have to look into it and see where this goes with Expedia. I would’ve thought that, since the hotel did not fulfill their part of the deal, they could have offer a complementary nearby single bedroom for me to stay, or at least a voucher for a future stay since they are eventually receiving the money anyway. Well, I believe their response was very poor since this was a disgraceful situation not caused by me, the costumer. "
