근처에 아무것도 없었지만 바로 앞 24시간 카페가 있어요. 베니스비치 부근 금액대가 가장 낮았는대도 불구하고 께끗하고 좋았어요^^

The room located nearby lobby was horrible.
We've got a very 1st room from the lobby. A lot of people passed by and talked in front of my room. It was horrible.

One thing I have to say is the walls are so thin. I’ve never been at a hotel where I can hear everything in the next room. Very disappointed.

the typical garden inn...we arrived early and asked about checking in. We were told there was nothing available at the moment which was fine and that we could have the 1st available room. So we went down the street for a bit and called back to see if anything was available yet and we were told to come back at 3 oclock. Thank goodness for the free public shower at venice beach. we were early but they were very unaccomodating. I didnt expect much we just wanted to shower. Theybtold us we could use the pool and we figured theyd have a shower there but no so we were lead to a pool with our suitcases in hand and nowhere to change lol. Nothing special.

No sound proofing at all, loud neighbors. Rooms are outdated. Breakfast was disappointing and expensive for what they offer.

I was surprised for paying for parking, could be included at the room's rate or free for booked guest. A nice place to stay, very clean, beautiful lobby and I manage an accessible tour operator and when I saw easy access to the pool and jacuzzi, made my day: very accessible in every single way. I recommend.

Nice staff, clean rooms, and a quick walk to the harbor/ocean. Could use a few maintenance upgrades but overall a nice stay.

Room was comfortable and quiet but room fan ran cool air all night. Check in and check out personnel were pleasant and friendly. Convenient location. Close to the marina and dining options.

Wonderful
We are staying here to be in close proximity to family and friends. The grounds are lovely, fitness room good, available coin laundry, and wonderful staff. We've walked around too so exploring is user friendly.

Loved the HGI
The best part of this experience was the staff. Everyone at the front desk over our three nights. Stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also excellent. The heating and air conditioning thermostat was a little weird. It was cold and rainy during our visit, and after setting the heat, it would go to cool fan after a while every time. Then we had to turn it off and reset it. The engineer came to help us immediately when we made a call to the front desk but it seemed like that’s just how the thermostat worked, not that there was anything wrong with it. He tried to give us some tips on how to work with it. We didn’t eat there , so we don’t know about breakfast or the bar. Free parking in the garage below. A room was a king bed room and was huge and spacious and clean. We would stay here again.
