"Discontinued the glass of complimentary wine without notice after already booking a room. Parking cost $45/night. All balconies are locked no access. Complimentary breakfast is continental only. Restaurant on top has beautiful view open to the public."

"Great location, short walk to Santa Monica pier. Room was spacious, well furnished and clean. Pool area is very relaxing. Only disappointments were parking fee at $62 per night because only valet parking was available and bar closed at 10 PM"
