"The pool was not open until 9am so we could not use the deck chairs and table for our morning coffee."

"The hotel is one of my favorites, but I am glad it is getting a uplift. I had not used the pool before, but it was disappointing. Very misleading from pictures. It is very humid in the rooms, poor ventilation in the rooms. Wallpaper started to peel, and the paper in my storage box got crinkle due to the humidity in the room. I just hope there is no mold."

"We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights. We arrived around 11 am and was able to get a room right away, so that was nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 4th floor in Rm 408. The room was perfect for our family of 4. The view was of nothing but part of the building. My only complaint is the room was a little dirty, there was ground coffee all along the side of entrance to the room and the walls around the TV was clearly dirty with stains in multiple spots. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice.Overall it was a nice stay especially with the shuttle to and from the park. If we come back to Universal Studios, we would stay again."
