"Clean room, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, good air conditioning. Parking was $27.50 per night but staff allowed us to leave our car there all day after checkout so we could go to Universal Studios and return to get it in the evening. We appreciated that. Hotel is conveniently located near theme park within about a 15- 18 minute walking distance. I felt that the deposit for incidentals was a bit high at $200 for one night, but it was refunded within a few days on my visa. I would stay at this hotel again."

"This place was absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and the rooms were very nicely upgraded to have the new hotel feel. On our last day after we had checked out my car battery decided it was time for a new one. The friendly staff came to our rescue and attempted to jump start my vehicle so I could go get a new one. Well the end result my battery did not want to be jump started and we had to take an Uber to the local parts store. Upon our return the friendly staff was more than willing to lend a hand and get us back on the road. I am for ever thankful for the staff for assisting us during this stressful event and providing me and my family and exceptional stay. I also wanted to mention how easy it is to access the hotel from freeway and when you’re ready to leave the hotel the freeway is very easy to get back on. We definitely will return in the future and we highly recommend to any future travelers. Great job!!!❤️"

"Good location. VERY outdated rooms. I cannot stress that enough. Water damaged wallpaper, clear seams in walls from water damage. Very outdated bathrooms. Carpet was not good. Our family stayed in two different rooms on two different floors and the rooms were equally outdated. Staff was nice though and families with kids seemed to really enjoy the outdoor pool."

"Great hotel and wonderful patio and bar atmosphere. Always prefer to stay at Home2's. Breakfast was delicious and staff was helpful and accommodating."
